- Sales items or items sold during a sale event are strictly not refundable or exchangeable
- Return period: within 10 days from the date your package is received, kindly use a trackable delivery method, we are not responsible for missing returns via nontraceable delivery
- All exchanges or refunds will be in the form of store credits valid for 6 months from the date of issue
- Store credits will be issued in 2-4 working days upon receiving your return item.
- NOTE: All return items must be in original condition, unused, unwashed, and unworn with labels intact in original packaging. We are not able to accept items not in original sale condition and we reserve the right to reject any store credits if the returned item does not meet the requirements above or if the product is damaged by the customer due to lack of care.
- How to make a return or exchange?
Contact us with your request at email@example.com within 10 days of receiving your purchase so we can look out for your returns. You would also need to attach a copy of your order invoice and a return form together with your return package. Your store credit will be sent to you within 2-4 business days upon receiving the returned item. Refunds should be processed within 2 weeks.
